  • If a duplicate purchase is made by mistake.
  • If a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Share solutions to course exercises or assessments.
  • Harass, intimidate, or disrespect other users or instructors.
